DID JOSEPH SMITH CHANGE HIS DOCTRINE THAT GOD HAS ALWAYS BEEN GOD?

Did Joseph Smith preach a “changeable” God who has not always been “God from all eternity”?
“I am going to tell you how God came to be God. We have imagined and supposed that God was God from all eternity. Is Joseph Smith’s God an “other god”?
